Located on the intracoastal, Bay Reach Condominiums is a gated community in Lake Park. We have 220 units, 40 are 1bd/1ba and 180 are 2bd/2ba. This community offers a pool with heated spa, fitness center with adjacent bathrooms and showers, BBQ area and docks.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Director meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month @ 6:30pm at the Clubhouse.
Meetings of the interview committee and rules enforcement committee are held periodically.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly maintenance fee to the association due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 5th of each month and may incur a $25.00 fee. REGISTER FOR AUTOMATIC DRAFT SERVICE, for your assessments, from your bank account.

Community Restrictions:
No more than 1 pet per unit. Pet cannot weight more than 25 pounds. Exotic pets or exotic animals are not permitted. No aggressive dogs are allowed.
No commercial vehicles, trucks or trailers allowed.

Owners may not rent out their unit for the first year. All applicants must go through an interview and background check prior to moving in. Any and all illegal tenants will be sent to the attorney for eviction.
Architectural Changes:
All changes to the exterior of your unit or new flooring ust be submitted to the association before ANY work is performed. Click on link above to download application.
Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:
The clubhouse is not available for rental at this time
Garbage & Recycling:
The City picks up recyclables on Wednesdays. The dumpsters are picked up on Monday, Wed and Friday. Please do not place furniture in the dumpster area. Furniture must be taken to the local dump or given away. Any resident caught placing furniture or large items in the dumpsters will be sent a violation letter and requested to attend a rules enforcement meeting which could lead to a fining of $100 per offense up to $1000.
