Resale and Lease Application

Please send completed form along with certified check or money order to
the association office locted by the pool at the clubhouse. the fax number is 561-845-0554. You will be contacted to schedule an interview.

An interview is required for all new owners and new tenants.

Resale Applications must be accompanied by a check for $100.00

Lease Applications must be accompanied by a check for $ 100.00 per person or married couple.

All Lease Applications, once approved will require a check in the amount of $500.00 or one month's rent depending on background results.
