Canterbury at Quantum Village is a gated community of 155 town homes located in the Boynton Beach. This community is nestled in the heart of Boytnon Beach with easy access to shops, retaurants and I-95.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Directors meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, at 6:30 P.M. , poolside.

Association Financial Information:

Each unt is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 11th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee.
The annual budget may be obtained by clicking the association documents above.
Special Assessments: - none in the past two years.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the Association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below.

No pets over 25 pounds
No Commercial Vehicles, boats, trailers.
No street or grass parking.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above noted link.
All leases must be at lease 12 months in length and a $500.00 refundable deposit.
All applicants must schedule a personal interview before certificate of approval is issued.

Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing to the association.
No items shall be attached to the front of any unit any changes or alterations to the outside of a unit requires an architectural review form and approval by the architectural committee.

Garbage & Recycling:

Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
