Meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the thrid Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $221.00 for a one bedroom unit and $274.00 for a two bedroom unit, due on the first of each month. Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $100.00 payable to Colonial Club I COA and $100.00 payable to Banyan Property Management.
