Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the last Monday of each month at the pool cabana.
Appeals Committee meetings are held the last Thursday of each month at the pool cabana.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00 ( money order or cashier's check ) payable to Country Fair HOA and $100.00 ( money order or cashier's check ) payable to Banyan Property Management and applications may be obtained from the property management company. An additional $75.00 fee is due if the application is received in less than 20 days prior to the close or move in date. Please forward to the Committee section of this website for contact information of the Interview Committee.

Community Lease Restrictions:

Leases must be greater than 3 months in term and less than 24 months in term. No more than 2 leases are permitted in a 12 month period.

Cabana Rental:

The cabana may be rented for private functions. Contact the cabana rental committee in the Committee section of this website. The fee to rent the cabana is $25.00 payable to " Country Fair HOA". In addition, a deposit of $75.00 will be returned upon verifying the cabana is left in the same condition it was initially rented in. (trash removal).

Garbage & Recycling:

Waste Management - 561-697-2700
Household Trash: Tuesday and Friday
Large items and landscape debris is scheduled for Tuesday.
Recycling is scheduled for Friday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.

PATIO HOMES:

Common area: lawn maintenance, landscape extras, fertilization/lawn spray, tree trimming, pool contract, pool repairs, pool security, janitorial, lake/waterway maint., general repair and maint., pest control, tennis courts, pressure clean roof, irrigation contract, irrigation repairs, paving expense, maint., vendors, maint., supplies, hurricane expenses.

Administrative : management fees, legal, accounting, licenses & fees, screening fees, administrative, newsletter, postage, coupon books, bank charges, annual meeting, bad debts.

General : insurance - common area, workman's compensation

VILLAS:

Common area: lawn maintenance, landscape extras, fertilization/lawn spray, tree trimming, pool contract, pool repairs, pool security, janitorial, lake/waterway maint. General repair and maint., repairs & maint. Community Reserves :
