Many times a coupon book or billing statement mailed by our offices is not delivered by the US Post Office for the reason of an incomplete or inaccurate mailing address on our files. 

HOW TO ORDER COUPONS: Copy the green highlighted area below and click on the "send now" link and paste this information into the body of the email.  Our Account Services Department will order a new coupon book /billing statement for your Association account.
Allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery of your new coupon book / billing statement. Please note, if you have registered for our Auto Pay direct debit service, coupons /billing statements are not provided unless specifically requested.

ACCOUNT TRANSATION STATEMENTS:  Account Transaction Statements will indicate a history of all assessments, charges and payment transactions relating to your unit including any charges currently due on your account.  When sending your Coupon Request email, please be sure indicate “YES” an Account Transaction Statement is desired and it will be emailed to you within three (3) business days.
