Cypress Estates is a community of 82 townhomes located in the Village of Palm Springs. This community offers a pool and tot lot. Resident keys may be obtained at Banyan Property Management for a fee of $75.00, please make cashiers check or money order payable to Cypress Estates HOA.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the second Wednesday of of each month, at 6:30 P.M. at Banyan Property Management.

Association Financial Information:

Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $200.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the Association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below.
No Commercial Vehicles
No more than four pets, weighing no more than 60 pounds each. NO PIT BULLS.
Two parking spaces - stickers required, see below.
Satellite dishes not allowed.

Application for Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $200.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), paybale to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $100.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Cypress Estates. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.

Garbage & Recycling:

Household Trash: Wednesday and Saturday
Large items and landscape debris is scheduled for Saturday.
Recycling is scheduled daily - cans provided.
