Cypress Woods is a gated community of 153 single family homes. Gate Clickers ($40.00) or gate cards ($10.00) may be purchased through Banyan Property Mangement and they will then be delivered to your home.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the third Thursday of each month, at 7:30 P.M. at the Epiphany Lutheran Church located at 4460 Lyons Rd., West Palm Beach.

Association Financial Information:

Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $150.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. Community Lease Restrictions:

Leases must be greater than 3 months in term and less than 24 months in term. No more than 1 lease is permitted in a 12 month period.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $200.00 ( two seperate cashiers check or money orders only), $100.00 payable to Banyan Property Mangement, Inc.) and $100.00 payable to Cypress Woods Association, and applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application.

Garbage & Recycling:

Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
