Deer Run is a community of 249 homes located in Western Palm Beach County. This community offers horse trails and a gated entrance.

Board of Director meetings are held periodically. Check the community bulletin board for notices.

Association Financial Information:

Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $84.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above. See check list on architectural change request page.

Security:

The transponders for the front gate, may be obtained at Banyan Property Managment. Please see the link above.

Garbage & Recycling:

Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
