Dillman Farms is a gated community of 139 single family located in the City of Greenacres. This community offers a community pool. Pool keys and gate transponders may be obtained by residents, at Banan Property Management for a fee of $25.00.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. at Banyan Property Management.

Association Financial Information:

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Mangement, Inc.) and applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.

Security:

Unmanned gated entrance. Transponders may be obtained at Banyan Property Management.

Garbage & Recycling:

Household Trash: Tuesday and Friday
Large items are scheduled on Friday and landscape debris is scheduled for Wednesday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
