Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday at Southlake Clubhouse at 7pm.

Association Financial Information:

Each lot is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the master association of $171.00, due on the first of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 30th of the month and may incur a $50.00 fee plus 18% interet per annum.. Coupon books may be ordered above and credit card payments may be made by clicking here. Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.
