Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The HOA meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Clubhouse @ 7 p.m.
These Board of Directors monthly meetings are open to All Easton Home Owners.

Please note that the Compliance Committee meetings are held on the same day at 6:30 p.m

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for lease is $500.00 payable to Easton Village HOA and a $100.00 processing fee to Banyan Property Mangement, Inc.All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above noted link.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural committee. Please download application by clicking on the above noted link.
