Emeral Isles at Laguna Lakes is a gated community nestled in West Palm Beach, conveniently located for communters. This lakeside community offers a clubhouse, gym, pool and recreation room.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00. and $100.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Emerald Isle COA. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Architectural Changes:.
All exterior changes or changes to flooring on units not located on the ground floor must first be approved by the architectural committee. Please download applications and submit to the onsite office.
