Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Association Financial Information:
Each townhome is responsible for amonthly assessment to the association of 185.00, due on the first of each month and is considered late on the 11th of the month and may incur a late fee of $10.00. Credit card payments may be made by clicking here. MAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Visitor Parking is restricted to 24 hours in one parking spot.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $137.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), payable to Emerald Lakes HOA, and a $100.00 ( cashiers check or money order only) payable to Banyan Property Mangement, Inc. Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, may be obtained above.
Security:
Unmanned gated entrance. Contact Banyan Property Management to obtain the transponders.
Garbage & Recycling:
Household Trash: Tuesday and Friday
recycling on Friday
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
