Fairview Villas is a community of 80 condomimiums located in Palm Springs, F. The community offers a pool. Mailbox keys may be obtained from the US Post Office and pool keys may be obtained at Banyan Property Management for the fee of $25.00 money order or cashier's check payable to Fairview Villas.
Association Financial Information:

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $150.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $50.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Fair View Villas.
