Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00. Two checks required, $50.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $50.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Forest Glen. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.
