Community Features:

Forest Lakes, a homeowners Association, is a gated community of 228 townhomes in West palm Beach. This community offers tennis courts and racket ball.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month at Banyan Property Management.
The grievance committee meetings are held at the same time if needed.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $250.00 ( cashiers check or money order only). One check in the amount of $150.00 payable to Forest lakes HOA and one check in the amount of $100.00 payable to Banyan Property Mangement, Inc. and applications may be downloaded, using the above button. An interview is required and may be scheduled using the "Service Request" button above.

Unit Monthly Assessments:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the first of each quarter.. Coupon books may be ordered above and credit card payments may be made by clicking here. MAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Community Restrictions:

Two vehicles per unit, no parking in the street.

Garbage & Recycling:


Household Trash: Wednesday and Saturday
Recycling is scheduled for Friday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.

What does my quarterly assessment cover?
Grounds maintenance, general administrative expenses, repairs and maintenance. Reservies include general and paving.
