Community Features:
Forest Hill Gardens East is a community of 284 condominiums located in West Palm Beach. The community offers a pool, sauna, tot lot, hockey and laundry rooms. the clubhouse is available for rental by residents.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The association meets the second Wednesday of every month at the community clubhouse at 6:30 P.M.
Association Quarterly Assessments
Assessments are due quarterly and are assessed by the square footage of the unit.

No Commercial Vehicles, motorcycles or large pick ups with beds.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for re-sale is $100.00 per person and rentals are $50.00 per person. ( cashiers check or money order only, payable to Forest Hill Gardens East COA) An additional precessing fee of $100.00 to Banyan Property Management. Applications may be obtained above.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes, including plantings, shutters, painting, etc., must be approved in writing by the association. Architectural applications may be obtained above.
Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:
The clubhouse is available for rental to residents and owners fora fee of $150.00 and a $300.00 deposit. Applications may be obatained above. Restrictions apply.
Garbage & Recycling:
Dumpsters are located throughout the community. Trash is scheduled for pick up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, recycling is scheduled for the same.
