An application and certificate of approval are required for each lease in the community. The application fee for lease is $50.00, plus a $500.00 security deposit, payable to Independence HOA. In addition, $150.00 payable to Banyan Property Management for processing. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the below download.
($50.00 due for each married copy or adult over the age of 18)

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.
