Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $100.00 payable to Banyan Property Management and $50.00 payable to Jog Estates HOA. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above noted link.
All lease applicants must schedule a personal interview before certificate of approval is issued.
Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:
The clubhouse may be rented by residents of the association. The hours of the clubhouse are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00p.m. and the capacity is 50 persons. A fee of $50.00 plus a refundable deposit of $50.00 is required upon application. Applications may be obtained above.
