Resale and Lease Application

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $150.00 payable to Banyan Property Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above noted link.
All lease applicants must schedule a personal interview before certificate of approval is issued.
