Community Features:
Jonathan's Cove is a community of 264 townhomes, centrally located in West Palm Beach. The community offers a clubhouse for rental, pool, excersize room and sand volleyball. The clubhouse is available for rental by residents. Please choose the above link.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The board of directors meet on the third Monday of each month at the clubhouse.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incure a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $100.00 payable to Jonathan's Cove and $100.00 payable to Banyan Property Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above noted link.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural committee. Please download application by clicking on the above noted link.

Garbage & Recycling:
Garbage Pick Up is scheduled for Monday and Thursday. Recycling and bulk is picked up on Thursday.
