Kirkwood is a community of 56 townhomes, located in Lake Worth.. This community offers a community cabana, pool and tennis court, open form dawn until dusk. Access keys may be purchased at Banyan Property Management for $25.00 payable to Kirkwood HOA.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Proeprty Mangement, Inc.) and applications may be downloaded, using the above button.
Unit Monthly Assessments:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $228.50 (two bedroom), or $259.20 (three bedroom), due on the first of each month. Coupon books may be ordered above and credit card payments may be made by clicking here. MAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Recycling is scheduled for Wednesday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
