Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 P,M,

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly association fee of $483.00. If the payment is late a late fee may be assessed to the unit owner.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association documents for the complete list of restrictions, some common restrictions include:

No commercial vehicles
All pets mus weigh under 50 lbs. and no agressive breeds.
Two parking spaces per unit.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is 100.00. (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Architectural Changes:

All architectural changes to the exterior of the unit must be approved with an architectural application, which may be obtained above.
