An application and certificate of approval are required for each lease in the community. The application fee for lease is $200.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $100.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Lakeside Green IIB. Applications may be downloaded, using the below button.

A $200.00 refundable deposit for all leases is requried, payable to Lakeside green IIB.
