Community Features:

Lakewood is a homeowners association of 420 townhomes located in Palm Springs.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at Banyan Property Management. The violations greivance committee meets on an as need basis.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Community Restrictions:

Leases must be greater than 3 months in term and less than 24 months in term. No more than 2 leases are permitted in a 12 month period.

Pet restrictions include 2 pets, weighing no more than 40 pounds each.

Community Tot Lot is open from dawn until dusk.

Unit Assessments:

Payments are due on the first of each quarter and are considered late 30 days later, incurring a $25.00 fee.

Garbage & Recycling:

Household Trash: Tuesday and Friday
Large items and landscape debris is scheduled for Wednesday.
Recycling is scheduled for Wednesday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.

What does my monthly assessment cover?

General administration, grounds and lake maintenance, cable TV service (basic) and a master insurance policy. Reserve funds include; paving, maintenance and betterments.
