Regularly Scheduled Meetings: The Board of directors meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the association office located in the pool area.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is assessed on a monthly basis, the amount of the assesment is determined by the square footage of the unit.

Community Restrictions:

No commercial vehicles, owners may have 2 pets up to 20 pounds each. Pets include domestic cats, dogs and birds. Please refer to the association rules and regulations by clicking the above button.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

All purchases and leases must complete an application thirty days prior to occupancy or transfer of ownership.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the board of directors. Please download application by clicking on the above noted link.

Garbage & Recycling:

Please place all refuge in the receptacles provided. Containers are provide for recyclable materials. The blue is for aluminum/plastic and glass and the yellow is for paper.
