Re:  Homeowner/Renter Information -Access cards/clickers

Dear Owner/Resident:                                                           

The Board of Directors has approved to install a better gate entry system with more capabilities.  In order to ensure the safety of the neighborhood and input a complete and accurate entry data we must update our records to reflect the correct information for each homeowner/renter with their cards.  We will also need to confirm phone numbers for the call box and we have the capability to input your cell phone – if local.  This way if you aren’t home and you have a contractor scheduled you will be able to let them in by your cell while away.  Each home will be allowed to have two numbers in the call box. Each home will have their directory phone number set to their lot number and their 2nd number will be the lot number with a 1 in front of the lot number, so if your lot number was 200 you would have 0200 and 1200.  We will also have better resources to know who was let in by which owner and if there is a problem we will know who is responsible or who to contact to help us with a situation.

In order to have a more accurate account of all access cards, please complete and return the enclosed questionnaire on or before August 26, 2011 either via mail, email or fax to the attention of Melody Bryan, Customer Service.  Note that any of the access cards or information forms that are not received back by the due date (August 26, 2011) will be deleted from the entry system on August 29, 2011.  Being deleted from the entry system will prevent the owner/resident or guest access to the community.

We need to confirm all homeowners with tenants occupying their units. All owners must have an application for each occupant per the documents and the appropriate fees paid to the association.

Once again, please complete and return via mail, email or fax to the attention of Melody Bryan by August 26, 2011.  We appreciate your cooperation to ensure the safety of the neighborhood and updating the gate entry system.

In addition please include your email address so we can make a distribution list for Lantern Key to be able to pass on email blasts of information.
