Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $250.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $150.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Lapeenranta.
