Banyan Property Management, Inc. cannot issue certificates of insurance. These certificates must be obtained directly through the Association’s Insurance Agency. Copies of the current insurance certificates can be downloaded below, however, if the reason for your request is to satisfy your mortgage company’s requirement, it is recommended that you submit a request for a specific Certificate naming the owner and the mortgage company. Insurance Certificate Requests can be submitted IN WRITING ONLY to the insurance agency by mail, email or fax. Plastridge Insurance Agency
