Community Features:

Magnolia Court is a community of 60 townhomes located in the City of west Palm Beach. This community offers a pool for residents, and resident keys may be obtained for a fee of $25.00 at Banyan Property Management.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, at 6:45 P.M. at Howard Park COmmunity Center, 1302 Parker Ave., WPB, FL 33401

Association Financial Information:

Each lot is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association of $1,750.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 20th of the month and may incur a $75.00 fee. Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the Association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below.

Pet restrictions: two pets per unit, weighing less than 90 pounds each.
Parking is restricted to two space in the garage.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $150.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $50.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Magnolia Court HOA. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.

Garbage & Recycling:

Household Trash: Tuesday and Friday
Large items and landscape debris - call for sepcial pick up.
Recycling is scheduled for Friday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
