Mallory Square is a community of 84 Townhomeslocated in the City of Delray Beach. This community offers a cabana and pool, open from dwan until dusk. Resident pool keys may be obtained at Banyan Property Management for the fee of $25.00.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Director meetings are held quarterly and will be posted at the mailbox.
Association Financial Information:
Each lot is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association of $1,200.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 16th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. Community Lease Restrictions:
Leases must be greater than 3 months in term and less than 24 months in term. No more than 2 leases is permitted in a 12 month period.
