Association Financial Information:

Parking decal and visitor parking passes required. See Rules & Regulations above.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application, orientation and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), payable to Marina Oaks Condominium Association and applications may be downloaded, using the above button.
Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a unit must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above. This includes satelite dishes, etc.
Garbage & Recycling:
Household refuse may be deposited into the two dumpsters available on the property. Bulk pickup is available the alst weekend of each month
