Mayfair at Wellington is a gated community of 113 condominiums located in the City of Wellington. This communityis designated a 55+ community and offers a clubhouse, pool and fitness room.

Mayfair at Wellington does not have a master association nor are there any land use fees or rent annual payments.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. at the clubhouse.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association of $1350.00, due on the first of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 11th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. Coupon books may be ordered above and credit card payments may be made by clicking here.

Community Restrictions:

Pet restrictions: two pets per unit.

Community Lease Restrictions:

Leases must be greater than 3 months in term and less than 24 months in term. No more than 1 lease is permitted in a 12 month period.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $150.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $50.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Mayfair at Wellington COA. Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:

The Clubhouse may be rented for private functions.

Security:

Entrance gate: Updates may be obtained by clicking on the above link. Key to the recreation center may also be obtained through the same link with a fee of $25.00.

Garbage & Recycling:

Household Trash: Monday and Thursday
Recycling is scheduled for Thursday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
