Below you will find an application package download which must be completed in its entirety and submitted for review to the management office prior to occupancy of the unit. 

This application procedure is mandatory and there is a non-refundable application payable to: Banyan Property Management, Inc. for $100.00 in money order or cashiers check and $50.00 payable to Mayfair at Wellington Inc. Money order or cashiers check only.

Application fee of $150.00 covers only the orientation, all other charges for estoppels or pud questionnaires are not included in the application fee.

A Certificate of Approval is provided once orientation is complete.  Certificate of Approval is required for closing on your unit and or your lease.
