The board of directors meet on a regular basis at the community clubhouse.

Association Financial Information:

Each unt is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incure a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $100.00 payable to Meadowland Cove HOAand $100.00 payable to Banyan Property Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above noted link.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural committee. Please download application by clicking on the above noted link.

Garbage & Recycling:
Garbage/Trash is picked up on__________ and _________, recycyling on_______.
Please do not place recepticles or trash on the street earlier than 6 pm the preceding night of pick up. All trash receptacles must be returned out of site of the roadway by midnight the same day of pick up.
