Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $200.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $100.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Milano COA. Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a unit and structural interior changes inlcluding rile or wood flooring, must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.
Security:
Electronic gates operate at the community entrance, please obtain transponders at the onsite office, for a fee of $50.00. ( cashiers checks and money orders only)
