Nautica Lakes is a gated community of 219 single family homes located in the City of Royal Palm Beach. Nautica Lakes offers a cabana with pool and spa, along with a tot lot, basketball and tennis court. The amenities are accessed with a security card that may be obtained at Banyan Property Management for a fee of $15.00. Entrance gate clickers may also be obtained for a fee of $35.00. Money order or cashier's check payable to Nautica Lakes HOA.

Nautica Lakes does not have a master association nor are there any land use fees or rent annual payments.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. at the cabana.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $190.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 11th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. Coupon books may be ordered above and credit card payments may be made by clicking here.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application of approval is required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00. (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) . Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Security:

Garbage & Recycling:

Household Trash: Wednesday and Saturday
Recycling is scheduled for Wednesday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
