Palm Club is a gated community of 93 single family homes located in the City of est Palm Beach. Residents may obtain gate transponders and sticker for a fee of $100.00, payable to Palm Club HOA, at Banyan Property Management.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Director meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. at the cul-de-sac at 1217 Pine Sage Circle.
Association Financial Information:
Each lot is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association , due on the first of each quarter. Payments are considered late 30 days from due date and may incur a $25.00 fee. Community Restrictions:

Parking in driveways only.
No Commercial Vehicles.
No signage.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00. (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.
Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.
Security:
Residents may obtain gate transponders and sticker or a fee of $100.00, payable to Palm Club HOA, at Banyan Property Management.
Garbage & Recycling:
Household Trash: Monday and Thursday
Large items and landscape debris is scheduled for Thursday.
Recycling is scheduled for Thursday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
