Paradise Cove is a community of 317 condominiums located in the City of West Palm Beach.. This community offers a cabana, pool, spa, sauna, exersize room, two tennis courts and raquetball courts.

Association Financial Information:
Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the first of each month. Payment amounts vary, according to the square footage of the unit. Pet restrictions: one domestic pet/no pit bull breed.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $200.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $100.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Paradise Cove COA. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.
Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above. Restrictions are included on: antennas satellite dishes ( not attached to building) awnings, shutters, exterior changes.
