Park Place Townhomes is a community of 102 townhomes located in the City of West Palm Beach. This community offers a community pool. Pool gate access cards may be obtained at Banyan Property Management for a fee of $50.00 payable to Park Place Townhomes HOA.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the fourth Monday of each month, at 6:30 P.M. at Banyan Property Managment, 2328 S. Congress Ave, Suite 1C, Lake Worth, FL 33406

Association Financial Information:

Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $215.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of the month and may incur a $15.00 fee. Community Restrictions:

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $150.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $50.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Park Place. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.

Garbage & Recycling:

Please utilize the dumpsters on the property for refuge.
Recycling is scheduled for daily.
