 Community Features:
Pheasant Run is a homeowners association community of 144 single family homes located in central Palm Beach County.
Pheasant Run offers a community cabana, pool and tot lot and is open from dawn to dusk. . Pool keys may be purchased at the Banyan Property Management office for $25.00. (Checks payable to Pheasant Run HOA)
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Director meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of each month at Banyan Proeprty Mangement at 7:00 P.M.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $125.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $25.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Pheasant Run. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Unit Monthly Assessments:
Townhomes: $80.00
The regular assessments are due on the 1st of each month and a $25.00 late fee is incurred after the 30th day.

Cabana:
Keys for access to the cabana may be obtained at a fee of $25.00. Please make a service request above. The pool is open from dawn until dusk.
Architectural Changes: An architectural change request application is need for all exterior changes. Please download form above and submit to Banyan Proeprty Management.
Garbage & Recycling:
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.

What does my monthly assessment cover?
Pheasant Run offers monthly cable service, lawn maintenance and management, the trimming of trees and the general maintenance of the common areas of the association.
