Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Director meetings are held the second Monday of each month, at 6:30 P.M. at the clubhouse room.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $235.96 for a one bedroom and 322.06 for a two bedroom, due on the first of each month. Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $200.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $100.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to Regency Surf & Racquet Club COA. Architectural Changes:
Any modifications, such as door, hurricane shutters, structural modifications and screen enlcosures, etc.
Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:
The clubhouse may be rented with a deposit of $100.00. Please contact Banyan Property Management to reserve the clubhouse by clicking the above link for clubhouse rental.
Security:
Gated electronic entrance.

Household Trash receptacles are located at each building.
