Community Features:
Rosemont is a gated community community of 120 villas. This community offers a clubhouse, pool, exercise room and tot lot. These facilities are accessed with a security card and gate clicker, residents may obtain these cards and clickers at Banyan Property Managment for a fee of $45.00 each.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Director meetings are held the fourth Monday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. at clubhouse.
Association Financial Information:
Each lot is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association of $556.25, due on the first of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th day after due date, aand may incur a $25.00 lat fee. Coupon books may be ordered above and credit card payments may be made by clicking here. Two parking spaces per unit. Overnight guests may obtain a visitor pass from Banyan Property Management.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community.
Lease:
The application fee for a lease is $137.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), paybale to Rosemont and a $100.00 payable to Banyan Property Mangement, Inc.)
Purchase: the application fee for a re-sale is $100.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), paybale to Rosemont and a $100.00 payable to Banyan Property Mangement, Inc.)

Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above. A sample of some changes are: Antennas/Satellite dishes, Exterior painting, hurricane shutters, etc.
Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:
The Clubhouse may be rented by residents for a fee of $100.00, and a refundable deposit of $250.00. the guest capacity of the clubhouse is 45 people.
Security:
The community offers an unmanned gated entrance.
Garbage & Recycling:
Household Trash: Thursday
Recycling is scheduled for Wednesday.
