The clubhouse may be rented for private functions. The fee to rent the clubhouse is $25.00 payable to "Royal Forest HOA". In addition, a refundable deposit of $50.00 (separate check) will be refunded upon verifying the clubhouse is left in the same condition it was initially rented in. (trash removal).
