Silver Glen at Citrus Isle is a gated community of 99 single family homes. The community offers a pool and cabana, open from dawn until dusk. Residents may obtain keys at Banyan Property Management for the fee of $25.00.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held quarterly at Epiphany Lutheran Church, located at 4460 Lyons Rd , Lake Worth, FL 33467.

Association Financial Information:

Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $190.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the 6th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. No street parking or parking on the grass.

Resident Information for Purchase or Lease:

A resident information form and copy of contract is required for each purchase or lease in the community. Form may be downloaded, using the above button.

Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.

Security:

Gate transponders may be purchased at Banyan Property Management for the fee of $35.00. See above link to download purchase form.

Garbage & Recycling:

Household Trash: Wednesday and Saturday
Large items and landscape debris is scheduled for Wednesday.
Recycling is scheduled for Wednesday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
