Snug Harbor Gardens is a community of 194 condominiums located in the City of Boynton Beach on the sparkling intracoastal waterway. This community offers a clubhouse, pool, and exersize room.

Board of Director meetings are held periodically.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the first of each month. Payment varies, according to the section of the development. .Payments are considered late on the 10th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. MAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00 ( cashiers check or money order only), paybale to Snug Harbor Gardens) and applications may be downloaded, using the above button.
Lease restrictions are a minimum of three months, maximum 7 months, one time per year.
Architectural Changes:
Architectural approval is required for exterior changes, ie impact glass, enclosed patios, etc.
