Community Features:

Somerset is a townhome community of 288 units located in west Palm Beach. Somerset offers a pool, cabana and tennis courts. The pool is open from dawn to dusk and requires a key for access.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at Banyan Property Management.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00. (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Unit Monthly Assessments:

Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $168.00, due on the first of each month. Payments are considered late on the ??th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee. Garbage & Recycling:

Household Trash: Wednesday
Large items and landscape debris is scheduled for Wednesday.
Recycling is scheduled for Saturday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.

What does my monthly assessment cover?

Lawn maintenance, fertilization, cable service along with general common area maintenance and master insurance policy. In addition, the community has reserve funds for painting, roofs and contingency fund.
