Community Features:

South Lake I is a gated community of 28 condominium units. This community offers a clubhouse, cabana and pool.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

Board of Director meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm.

Association Financial Information:

Each lot is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association of $690.00, due on the first of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 30th of the month and may incur a $25.00 fee and interest. Coupon books may be ordered above and credit card payments may be made by clicking here. Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the Association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below.

Pet restrictions: one pet per unit weighing 35 pounds or less.
One assigned parking spot
No Commercial Vehicles

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $250.00. Two checks required, $100.00 (cashiers check or money order only), payable to Banyan Property Management, Inc.) and $150.00(cashiers check or money order only) payable to South Laake I. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.

Architectural Changes:

All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained using the above button.

Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:

The clubhouse may be rented for a fee of $100.00 and a refundable deposit of $150.00. A rental application is required and the guest capacity is 75. Applications may be obtained above.

Garbage & Recycling:

Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
