Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Director meetings are held the first Monday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. at Palm Beach Lakes High School.
Association Financial Information:

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below.
All yards must be kept mowed and all landscape neat and orderly.
All driveways, roofs and other hardscapes must be pressure washed regularly.
Community Lease Restrictions:
All leases must be registered with the association.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. Applications may be downloaded, using the above button.
Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing on the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.

Recycling is scheduled for SaturdayThursday.
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the previous evening of scheduled pick up otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of site.
